Official Rules

Chisholm Trail Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (”Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian Chisholm Trail Casino is giving away a featured gift item each week to qualifying Patrons during the “Carry-On & Win!” weekly gift giveaway.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo D. and must be Chisholm Trail Casino Player’s Club Card members, with complete and accurate account information, to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of Chisholm Trail Casino; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
On Sundays, in May 2026, starting on May 3, 2026, through May 24, 2026, between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Patrons who earn 100 points while playing with their Chisholm Trail Casino Players Club Card will qualify to receive a featured gift item of the week (values from $29.95 to $129.99), while supplies last.
1. Patrons earning at least 100 points during the qualifying period must register at the Players Club desk on Sunday after they have earned the qualifying points for the week, to receive the featured gift item of the week. Partial points will not carry over from week to week.
2. The weekly gifts are scheduled as follows:
  1. May 3, 2026, 12″ Boarding Tote (valued at $29.95)
  2. May 10, 2026, 16″ Rolling Under Seat Bag (valued at $49.95)
  3. May 17, 2026, 20” Rolling Carry-On Bag (valued at $99.95)
  4. May 24, 2026, 24” Full Size Rolling Luggage Bag (valued at $129.99)
3. Qualifying dates are as follows:
  1. Monday, 8 am April 27, 2026, through 10 pm Sunday May 3, 2026.
  2. Monday, 8 am, May 4, 2026, through 10 pm Sunday, May 10, 2026.
  3. Monday, 8 am, May 11, 2026, through 10 pm Sunday, May 17, 2026.
  4. Monday 8 am May 18, 2026, through 10 pm Sunday, May 24, 2026.
4. Limit of one (1) prize per patron per week during this promotion.
5. Patrons must have a valid D. to receive their Gift of the Week.
6. Chisholm Trail Casino’s management may substitute any prior earn and get prize for the current month’s prize based on availability.
7. Qualifying dates will feature one (1) gift item each While supplies last.
8. Participating patrons must be a Chisholm Trail Casino Player’s Club Card member and play electronic gaming machines during the qualifying date and period to be eligible.
9. Chisholm Trail Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) is responsible for all applicable Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or Winners must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any ent1y, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
